Google is pushing Android 7.1.1 to its entire range of Nexus devices. The newest Android version brings some of the features that were originally debuted on the flagship Pixel and Pixel XL.

One of the major noticeable changes in Android 7.1.1 is a GIF keyboard. Users can use this keyboard to search GIFs on supported apps such as Google Messenger, Allo and Hangouts.

The Android update also includes an all-new set of emojis. Google has included emojis to highlight the women power. Also, you will even find a lot of new career-oriented emojis.

Android 7.1.1 has an interesting feature that lets you access app shortcuts. You can long press on the app icon to open a submenu that consists of certain actions. This works similar to Apple’s 3D Touch. You can quickly send a text message or navigate to saved location. This certainly expands the level of multitasking on the Nexus devices.

Google has started rolling out Android 7.1.1. The update is coming to the Nexus 5X, Nexus 6, Nexus 6P, Nexus 9, Pixel, Pixel XL, Nexus Player, Pixel C and General Mobile 4G (Android One) and is also compatible with devices enrolled in the Android Beta Program.
