OpenSUSE Tumbleweed users receive latest goodies in snapshot updates

OpenSUSE has received the latest set of updates and fixes. With the new move, OpenSUSE Tumbleweed users have gained with advanced technologies like KDE Plasma 5.9.5 and GNOME 3.24.1 environment.

Douglas DeMaio from OpenSUSE project has announced the new updates. He highlights the presence of Thunderbird 52.1.0 email client, KDE frameworks 5.33.0, Vim 8.0.566 editor, Mesa 17.0.4 3D graphics l8ibrary and Zypper 1.13.24 package manager in addition to the fresh environments. These latest updates also include important security fixes for numerous packages in Tumbleweed.

Additionally, the open source community has received OpenSUSE Leap 42.3 Build 0184 release that includes all the changes implemented in the new snapshots.

Tumbleweed users have received more than seven snapshot updates in last few weeks. The project has received latest versions of widely-used applications.
