Intel has released its Graphics Update Tool version 2.0.3. This new version brings support for Ubuntu 16.10 and Fedora 24 editions.

“Version 2.0.3 of Intel Graphics Installer is targeted specifically for Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) and Fedora 24. The earlier versions of Ubuntu and Fedora will not be supported by Intel Graphics Installer 2.0.3,” reads the official announcement.

Intel has packaged Mesa 12.0.3 3D graphics library, libva-intel-driver 1.7.2 and Cairo 1.15.2 graphics library in the latest Intel Graphics Update Tool. All the important libva related libraries like, libva-wayland, libva—egl, libva-x11, libva-tpi, libva-drm and libva-glx have also been added to the updated release.

You need download the binary package of Intel Graphics Update tool in order to install its version 2.0.3. Both 32-bit and 64-bit binary packages are available directly from the official Linux graphics site.
